A bond of $100 is required on delivery of the slushy/daiquiri machine and chocolate fountain

The bond is refundable when the Slurp on This slushy/daiquiri machine and chocolate fountain is returned in good working order with no defects.

If the Slurp on This sluhsy/daiquiri machine and chocolate machine is damaged in any way the bond will be held until the repair has been done and the difference will be refunded or paid by the customer if repair costs exceed the amount of the bond immediately.

The Slurp on This slushy/daiquiri machine and chocolate fountain will not be mishandled or misused in any way.

If the Slurp on This slushy/daiquiri machine and chocolate fountain is not returned by the customer for any reason legal action will be taken and the customer will be liable for the cost of a new machine.

The Slurp on This slushy/daiquiri machine and chocolate fountain is the responsibility of the customer on said contract.

The slushy/daiquiri machine and chocolate fountain must be made accessible the following day for collection by Slurp on This staff and if this is not made possible the bond will be held and charges will be made for another days hire cost plus pick up charges.
